These positions will be located in our Norristown, PA headquarters and they will develop planning matrices to manage building and property assets and commercially viable maintenance schedules to maintain  these  assets.   Ideal candidates will meet the following skill, experience and educational requirements:  Experience in managing building maintenance, repair or construction or in managing specific building trades.  Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil preferred) Demonstrated experience in life cycle maintenance planning in the facilities environment.
