Long-term contract(6-12mos+) for an APICS Certified Program Planner to coordinate and monitor the procurement of materials, production schedules, and shipments of sales orders including directing the deliveries of materials and releases of orders to Manufacturing and maintaining proper inventory and costs throughout the order.  Oversees the progress of orders from release until shipment. Requirements: BS Degree REQUIRED 3-5yrs+ experience in Production Planning &/or Master Scheduling Ability to read AND understand blueprints APICS Certification Duties and Responsibilities Analyze bill of materials, sales orders, drawings, routings and procedures in order to ensure proper control and flow of materials. Drive consistent communications between planning, project accounting, and project management for consistent project Material EAC’s and Execution Charts Review, recommend, and/or perform timely corrective actions required for all rejected material, new releases, and engineering changes. Inform the proper departments of any delays or problems, and ensure a timely response/corrective action. Authorize the procurement, delivery, and production release of materials Establish and set priorities on long lead and critical path items through purchasing, inspection, manufacturing and engineering. Attend design review meetings and production meetings to provide all departments with material status and shipping schedules. Oversee data accuracy of inventory, bill of materials, shop orders and material allocations. Ensure that the proper paperwork is maintained by all departments from time of release until shipment of orders. Forecast, schedule and ensure monthly shipments of sales orders

Description:
JMWA is looking for an experienced Master Planner for our client site. Job Description: Plan (RPMP) ensuring that sufficient facilities are available to support the RSC mission. Ensures plans identify and document funds for all Engineer appropriations necessary to support force structure, force modernization, readiness, and mobilization requirements associated with facility cooperation, utilization, maintenance, repair or construction. Participates in the analysis and evaluation of The Army Plan, Army Reserve Long Range Plan, and the Command Plan concerning anticipated impact on the Military Construction, Army Reserve; Real Property Maintenance Activity; and Environmental Stewardship programs, concerning the scope and level of support required for the out years.Required Skills: Ensures effective and efficient utilization of space within the RSC. Conducts complex and wide ranging space utilization studies involving the provision of adequate facilities to support the force. Provides recommendations addressing program development, mission accomplishment, organizational and Command relationships, engineering considerations, local civilian impact, and environmental impact. Manages the effects of program and force structure changes protects the facility resources of the Army Reserve. Coordinates stationing actions with appropriate staff proponents and subordinate units or activities. Presents recommendations to the Real Property Master Planning Board for approval. Initiates and manages all Military Construction Army Reserve (MCAR) and Minor Military Construction Army Reserve (MMCAR) requirements for the RSC. Reviews all MCAR project submissions from subordinate and tenant organizations. Ensures the development, submission, and defense of the Commands Future Year Plan. Obtains approval from USARC for all projects within each program year. Participates in the technical and administrative design review of all MCAR and BRAC projects. Act as primary POC for automation and GIS-functionality of real property development plans. Collect data from the various branches to include maps, drawings, and project data in a format that supports GIS functionality.
