Duties:
Plan overall construction schedule and schedule development
Implement Project from design to to finish
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within company policy.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses etc.) to protect companys interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client.
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of field superintendents and site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
Provide strong leadership and guidance to field and site superintendents.
Initiate and maintain liaison with client/owner and contacts to facilitate construction activities.
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and cost reports.
Represent company/projects in meetings with clients, and subcontractors as required
