Job Title: Construction Coordinator Company: Time Warner Cable Location: Campton, NH Description: Purpose: The purpose of this job is to coordinate and expedite all activities involving residential and commercial non-servicables and newly built areas, as well as MDU and DOT activity.Organizational Relationship: This position reports to the construction Supervisor.Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Supplies customer service and sales with the necessary information related to non-servicable orders.2) Strand maps new extensions and point poles generated from non-serves3) Documents house addresses with pole number for location identification on maps.4) Measures clearances on poles to determine cost of make-ready for aerial line extensions generated by a non-serve.5) As-builds system maps from the previous active device to the next active device or end line.6) Obtains correct address information for non-serves.7) Provide daily production reports.8) Perform all other duties as assigned.9) Coordinates all DOT projects in the field and attends the Town and State pre- construction meetings to determine the correct routing for our facilities.10) Coordinates all utility underground activity, including field visits and site plans.11) Submits material reqs for Construction projects as needed.Human Relations: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. . Internally, it interfaces with Field employees, Contractors, Customer Operations and various Engineering personnel.Education/Experience Requirements: This position requires a high school education, and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of cable installation. Construction or wiring experience is helpful.Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Good drafting skills are required. This position also requires the ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail. Knowledge of strand mapping and CATV design is helpful.
