This position is responsible for performing in-process and final product inspections, sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials and may apply approval or rejection labels to materials once acceptance data is evaluated.  Major Duties and Responsibilities:1.      Accomplish in-process inspection, first article inspection and material receiving inspection tasks. 2.      Collect and maintain inspection documentation records, enter relevant data in the MRP system as required.  Qualifications:·         High School Graduate with 2-4 years of quality control experience in a moderate to heavy mechanical assembly facility.Able to use calipers, micrometers, height gages and other critical measurement equipment to inspect and test mechanical parts or assemblies. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and be goal oriented.
