Location: Reno, NV Description: The primary duties of the entry level Construction Inspector I position include conducting and documenting observations of construction as it progresses. May include conducting or coordinating field materials sampling and testing, including, but not limited to concrete slump and air testing, casting concrete test cylinders, performing in-place soil compaction testing. Monitor contractor’s work and the construction progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and schedule.Position Responsibilities: Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Scheduling, planning, coordinating, and performing daily site inspections individually or with other inspectors, to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes.
