Requirements: - Experience in construction management and field oversight as well as the Hanford Tank Farms area is an advantage. - Task includes routine performance of construction-related inspection and oversight of Washington River Protection Solutions. - Inspections focus on work in progress, special activities, identified problem areas, and adequacy of the WRPS corrective actions. This is accomplished by direct observation and involvement in QA reviews, testing, acceptance inspections and safety surveys. - Conduct periodic ARRA supplier inspections to verify supplier compliance with WRPS technical and quality requirement, and to verify adequate contractor-supplier quality oversight; perform/document inspections of in-process and completed contractor inspection activities as assigned to ensure site construction is conducted in accordance with the contract, authorization basis, and applicable codes. - Ensure corrective actions are implemented when the provisions are not met. - Support monitoring of contractor construction activities and focus on ongoing construction by direct observation and involvement in acceptance inspections, and safety surveys.
