Requirements: -Four-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum, (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or a combination of work experience/education equivalent to a four-year degree. -5+ years of field experience in the role of Quality Control Manager -Project experience in the $5 to $50 million range including multi-story buildings, site work, grading, and site utilities -Proven competency and proficiency in Quality Control essential job functions, duties and responsibilities. -Broad-based project and management skills to lead and effectively communicate with people both internal and external to the company. -Completion of OSHA Thirty-Hour Safety Course (or within first 3 months of employment). -Current certifications for First Aid and CPR. -Proficiency in PC-based programs including Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc. -Current USACE CQE or ICC/ACI certification in one or more disciplines.
