Organizational skills are mandatory due to the fact that this position oversees multiple projects at once. • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication and team building skills. Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and priorities. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Project Management software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required. Masters or advanced degree is preferred. Work Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in construction with significant experience in Procurement, Estimating, Construction Management, Business Development, and client interface.
