Our client is a leading healthcare facilities project management Firm. They are opening a southwest US office in Houston and are searching for a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. JohnMarch Partners is the client’s exclusive representative.

The ideal candidate will possess 15 years of experience in the hospital segment as senior executive with significant experience in planning and overseeing a major capital expansion, or as a seasoned project manager with a record of accomplishment in serving as an owner’s representative. Deep understanding of the southwest market is critical. Candidates with an entrepreneurial drive who enjoy building a business – directing business development and managing client service -- will flourish in this environment.

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for business development, project management and client service in the five-state region. Texas is the targeted market. The office is planned for Houston. Some travel will be required.
