Job Title: Staff Architect - Project Manager Company: Nemours Location: Wilmington, DE Description:   Nemours is currently seeking a Staff Architect - Project Manager located at our Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE This position reports to DE Construction Manager and will be responsible for: Management of the Design Phase, and in some cases the construction of renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, and new construction projects within the Nemours enterprise. Work within the Corporate Facilities Department as a member of that team in delivering the highest level of customer service to the Nemours Enterprise. Position will be key leader in defining the scope to the end-user’s project, leading the design process, and managing the construction and occupancy so that the project is brought in on time and on budget. Will also be involved in the development of Nemours standards in the hospital, clinics, and other Nemours facilities. Assist Corporate and on-site Facility Managers to perform facility audits and inspections. Problem solving with contractors, designers, and end-users.
