This is a full-time job located in Haines, Alaska.

The role encompasses project supervision, foreman duties, and operator responsibilities, tailored to each project's specific size and requirements.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to interpret plans and effectively manage crews.

Experience in safety and environmental compliance, particularly in SWPPP Compliance, is essential.

A understanding of traffic control and the capability to develop Traffic Control Plans as needed is required.

Proficiency in computer skills is necessary, although technical qualifications are not mandatory.
