We are looking for a seasoned and motivated HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will help ensure our clients’ systems operate efficiently and effectively, creating comfortable and safe environments.

You will perform routine maintenance and service on a variety of commercial HVAC systems as well as diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC equipment.

We expect, at the minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, valid HVAC technician license/certification, and EPA Universal.
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration
Experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and VAV systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
A Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and service calls for commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions
• Perform installations and replacements of new equipment as needed
* Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and time spent
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their HVAC systems are functioning properly and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices in HVAC systems
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites
• Adhere to company policies and standards at all times
 

Working Conditions:
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will work primarily in the field, servicing various commercial and industrial clients. This may involve working on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and other confined spaces. The job may also require working in varying weather conditions. Some weekend and evening work may be required, depending on client needs.
