Seeking applications for Ready-Mix Batch Person

The Batch Person services as the daily lead for the batching and production of ready mix concrete. The Batch Person is critical to both technical batching processes and driver logistics. This person must be able to work variable hours, with overtime and weekend work as needed.  Applicants for this position must possess excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of ready-mix transportation, and experience in ready mix, sand, and/or gravel trucking.

A daily work schedule may vary (averaging 8 hours per day), with overtime on both a voluntary and mandatory basis for the work week as well as on Saturdays, depending upon business requirements. Phone and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are preferred.
