Position Highlights:
- Lead and work alongside a team of dedicated professionals on construction, repair, and remodeling projects, including deck builds and repairs.
- Competitive pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee a wide range of tasks, including framing, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and installations.
- Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Solve problems and make decisions to keep projects running smoothly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
Ideal Candidate:
- Skilled in multiple trades with several years of hands-on experience in home repair or construction.
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain project efficiency.
