As a key member of our design and construction team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting Custom Home projects in the $3 - 6M range and bring our clients dream homes to reality. Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to develop innovative design concepts
• Adminster and modify detailed construction drawings and documentation
• Manage scope development and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
• Implement sustainable design practices and sustainable solutions on all projects

Required Skills:

• Custom home design and construction experience
• Knowledgable in extremely high end finishes
• Strong background in scope development and change orders
• Knowledge of preconstruction and construction drawings
• Proficeint in latest computer technology including AI 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in civil engineering and structural design
• Knowledge of design-build and schematic design processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and shop drawings

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $70,000.00

Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
