We're looking for a motivated and organized Residential Dispatcher to join our Mallick Plumbing & Heating Team. In this role, you'll be the central connection point between our customers and technicians, helping us deliver reliable, timely service every day. What You'll Bring:

• Client Communication: Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and generate repeat business.
• Project Coordination: Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with Residential Technicians, Field Supervisors, and Customer Service Representatives.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members to prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs.
• Effective Communication: Maintain regular contact with technicians to monitor job progress and offer support as needed.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction to build long-lasting client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Conflict resolution skills
• Operational awareness

Nice to Have Skills:

• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Experience with Service Titan

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $50,000.00

Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
