Maintenance Supervisor / Lead Tech to manage maintaining the physical integrity of the community. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and make ready status of all vacant apartments
• Perform tasks or effectively delegate to assistants
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by assistants
• Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair involving:
  • Electrical & Plumbing
  • A/C and heating
  • Appliances
  • Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
  • Interior/exterior lights
  • Gas fixtures and appliances
  • Fireplaces, ceiling fans
  • Water irrigation systems
• Assist in keeping the grounds neat and free of litter

Education & Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with 300+ units in property management
• High school diploma required

Current Certifications - CPO and EPA REQUIRED

• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to train and direct maintenance staff
