Now Hiring: Polyurethane Technician – Field Services

Florida Foundation Systems is a family-owned business proudly serving South Florida since 1996. We specialize in a wide range of foundation piling services, including helical piles, pin piles, auger cast piles, sheet piles, foundation underpinning, polyurethane injections, and structural soil stabilization.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Polyurethane Technician to join our growing team. This position involves learning and implementing the process of mixing and injecting polyurethane resins for a variety of applications including but not limited to:

   •       Chemical grouting

   •       Soil stabilization and void filling

   •       Slab lifting and seawall permeation. 

   •       Permeation and compaction grouting

   •       Crack injection and curtain wall grouting for soil retention

Key Responsibilities:

   •       Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a polyurethane injection rig

   •       Mix and pump polyurethane resins for various structural applications

   •       Work efficiently both independently and within a team

   •       Perform field work outdoors under variable conditions

   •       Occasionally assist in other field operations when no poly jobs are scheduled

Requirements:

   •       Construction/ mechanically inclined or related trade experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)

   •       Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

   •       Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required

   •       Pass a drug test as a condition of employment

   •       Willingness to work overtime – hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., with some earlier/later start times
