A well-established Foundation Company is looking for strong, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Piling Installation Assistants. This is a hands-on, outdoor role assisting in field operations and foundation work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with piling installation and other field tasks
• Perform heavy lifting (80–100 lbs) as required
• Support construction crew and follow safety procedures
• Maintain tools and worksite cleanliness
• Follow instructions and contribute to team efficiency

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 80–100 lbs consistently
• Punctual, courteous, and hard-working
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Construction experience preferred but not required
