Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections on homes under construction to ensure quality and code compliance
• Test and verify energy performance of homes to meet local, state, and national requirements
• Collaborate with homebuilders to achieve quality and energy compliance goals
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on inspection findings
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of residential construction experience
• RFI Certification (Must have)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to climb ladders, carry equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certified HERS Rater or Field Tester
• IRC Certified
