What You’ll Do as Crew Leader

You’ll lead a team of installers and Labourers and coordinate with our production department to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise crews during residential roofing installations
• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
• Work closely with the production team to determine daily priorities
• Meet with homeowners prior to job start to review work order and confirm scope
• Help assess required equipment, materials, and manpower for each project
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at every stage of the job
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site at all times
• Oversee and adjust resource allocation as needed during the project
• Confirm accuracy of quantity take-offs from estimators
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct daily check-ins with production managers for material/equipment needs
• Complete final walk-through with customers to ensure company standards are met

What You Bring

• Crew Leader - 5+ years of experience in residential roofing, Installer - 2+ years of residential roofing
• Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques related to installations
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must live within 30 minutes of Hamilton, ON
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug and alcohol policy
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care
