Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Executive Vice President, the Divisional Vice President will ensure attainment of revenue, profit, and client satisfaction goals for the Property Solutions organization.    Achievement of targets, recruiting and maintaining a motivated team of market General Managers, providing consistent leadership, coaching and training, ongoing professional development for new/tenured employees, program development to increase revenues and operational efficiencies, inventory and process controls, Service Technology compliance and unparalleled customer acquisition, penetration and retention results.

Essential Duties

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue growth nationally
  • Owner of the Property Solutions Division P&L
  • Responsible for leading the Regional Vice Presidents and each of their respective organizations
  • Attend client meetings and other PR Events, including trade shows and industry functions
  • Ensures financial commitments and deadlines are met by facilitating and assessing processes, situations, and issues and takes corrective action, as needed
  • Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with Corporate, regional and property decision makers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concerns
  • Partners with the Executive Vice President to recommend and develop goals and strategies
  • Work with Regional Vice Presidents to develops and maintain client service initiatives which improves quality and enhances client and property management satisfaction
  • Effectively manages quality assurance protocols with all full-time and independent contractor service providers
  • Works in collaboration with the executive leadership to ensure all standard process and procedures are followed and maintained to ensure customer and employee satisfaction standards are met
  • Works in collaboration with the National Accounts organization to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth within each assigned market with all key corporate accounts
  • Oversees compliance of all safety standards and safety initiatives nationally
  • Collaborates regularly with the senior executive team and the Board

  • Proven success in managing and developing a team through strong leadership and mentorship.  Builds collaborative relationships within their team, peers and colleagues
  • Proven success of managing and developing growth within a business unit
  • Basic knowledge of personnel policies including hiring, interviewing and terminating
  • Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Four-year college degree
  • Minimum of 12 years of related leadership experience, budgeting and reporting
  • Proven success in managing leaders of leaders
  • Minimum 12 years in construction services, property services or other related service industries
  • Proven success in managing annual revenue goals exceeding $10 million
  • Proven success in building teams and fostering business relationships in multiple locations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point

Special Conditions of Employment

  • Valid driver license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Flexibility to manage through time demands and potential schedule changes associated with air travel

  • Physical ability to walk distance of property, and go up/down stairs.
  • Physical ability to adapt to varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to travel extensively
