Job Description

Haynes Construction Company a Large GC/CM with over 50+ years of experience in the highly respected in multi-family, affordable housing, residential/commercial construction industry is looking for qualified candidates. Assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects Strong Interpersonal Skills Must be a Team Player and be able to manage multiple activities in a dynamic fast pace environment Prepares reports for Project Managers on status of all services provided for specific projects Assists in the coordination of all documentation for the project and vendors, contractors, etc., necessary to complete the project
Understand and enforce company safety rules and procedures.
Maintaining all records, drawings and logs, filing
Participating in subcontractor and owner meetings

Computer Skills a must.  Experience with Sage/Timberline and Procore a plus.

Ability to work independently and organize and prioritize work
Must be enthusiastic and professional.
Superior communication and organization development skills.
Knowledge of principles of project management for building construction; theory, principles and practices of construction to design
