Come work for The Allied Group and you’ll lead construction crews to deliver national hotel renovations for some of the most prestigious hotel owners, ownership groups and third-party project management firms in the world.  You will partner with your construction project manager to identify the best way to sequence the work to minimize disruption to hotel guests and hotel operations.  You will personally oversee the construction renovation from start to finish and be able to take pride in turning over a quality product that will stand the test of time.

SITE SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Traveling nationally (100%) to provide on-site supervision for our hospitality renovation projects
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
  • Execute the project schedule
  • Establish and manage on-site client relationships
  • Maintain Quality Assurance
  • Execute the Allied Safety Program
  • Prepared daily and weekly reports and 2 week look aheads
  • Inventory management
  • Warehouse mgmnt and ordering of OSM
