Position - Full time 40 + hours a week.
CURRENTLY, ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE TRAVEL FOR WORK 1+ HOURS AWAY FROM THE OFFICE – WITH STAYING OVERNIGHT AND AWAY FOR EXTENDED AMOUNTS OF TIME BEING REQUIRED. ALL THE COSTS ARE COVERED - BUT IF YOU ARE UNABLE OR WILLING TO TRAVEL PLEASE DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER OR APPLY.
Our definition for Carpenters we are looking for is -
Carpenters: Having experience in construction of 3 plus years/experience (in finish work is a plus). Should be capable of following instructions/blueprints, and able to perform tasks with little to no oversight or assistance. A person who is of ownership of most common tools used to perform the daily work they execute. Individual will take pride in the work they perform, communicate with all staff, and work towards a common goal and quality of work standard as established by the team and company. **These staff members are the backbone of the company providing high-quality work and production.
Position - Full time 40 + hours a week.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs. regularly. by yourself. You will not be required to lift more than 80 lbs.by yourself. Frequent twisting, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, performing work on knees, physically pulling/pushing of objects, climbing multiple flights of stairs, ability to use hand tools & general construction equipment, as well as handle the materials for installation, and walking great distances at times will be required. Must demonstrate a good attitude. You should be able to keep up with and perform equally with other staff that is of the same position and experience.
Ability to learn and adapt to project requirements. Must be reliable, have a good work ethic, be able to work well with others and able to complete tasks on own when required. Must have the ability to work as a team player.
Must be self-motivated and able to set and meet goals both as set by yourself and the company.
Good communication skills and able to take constructive criticism. Applicants must be capable of being at designated locations to leave to travel to jobs. Applicants will need to pass a pre-hire drug screen and random screening for projects as required. Projects we work on may require thorough background checks. Travel requirements vary pending on contract and location. (home at least monthly if not more frequent pending the travel required per contracts)
Commercial construction projects ranging in size of $1,000.00 to multi-million-dollar contracts. We have work, no need to worry about rain, snow, or such as we can provide you work. Annual salary will be based on skillset and varies with prevailing wage ranging from $30,000 to $75,000+. Bonuses and merit increases are awarded on abilities, contributions, and success of the team. PAID WEEKLY. Your pay will be based equal or above the industry standards for our scope of work, prevailing wage of specific jobs, and your level of experience in our field of work. Performance bonus on all projects that meet requirements. $1,000.00 Conditional Sign-On Bonus for all positions listed above, which will be discussed at the interview. All staff are must pass drug test post job acceptance and are hired on a 90-day probationary period.
All our staff are considered Essential personnel - During the COVID pandemic all work has continued 40 + hours per week.
