Skid Steer Operator

Key Responsibilities: Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently Perform grading, excavation, backfilling, material handling, and site cleanup tasks Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of the machine Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of equipment Follow project plans and directions from supervisors Comply with all safety standards and procedures on the job site Qualifications: Prior experience operating a skid steer (required) Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Knowledge of job site safety and machinery operation Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Physical stamina to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions High school diploma or GED preferred
