This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety on the job site.
Experience
Proven experience as a plumber or in a related field such as maintenance person services or field service roles.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools necessary for plumbing tasks.
