Job Description
Hiring a fabricator to cut and polish stone, making sculpture and water features in a well established and successful art studio. Knowledge with hand held power tools necessary. Any knowledge with stone carving, woodworking, metal working or other building trades are beneficial.

This is a physically demanding position. One must be able bodied to physically do the work in a workshop environment which includes but is not limited to lifting stones, standing at a polishing table throughout the day, holding and using large saws, grinders and polishers, climbing ladders, climbing onto trucks, walking in un-even environments, working with safety equipment on, shoveling dirt/gravel/other, hauling loaded wheelbarrows, loading trailers and more.
Although the position is labor intensive, it also requires a good eye for aesthetics, learning new techniques, following direction from a manager and owner and being part of a team.
Advances in position AND pay would include traveling to do art shows and installations with overtime, driving trucks, driving forklifts, other building tasks and helping to build the company in a more inclusive fashion. Advances are open to anyone that is on time to work, proves to be reliable, has a strong work ethic for self and the company, is honest, uses critical thinking skills and does not let drugs or alcohol effect their performance in ANY way.
Absolutely NO drug use or alcohol use will be tolerated in any way during working hours and anyone will be terminated upon the first offense. If you have problems with drugs or alcohol or other, DO NOT APPLY.
Employees will be expected to be mentally present and sharp every morning to uphold the standard of safety for yourself and other employees.
We will consider both part time and full time positions based on the situation.
