Owners Representative / Construction Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Owner's Representative / Construction Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years' experience in managing complex construction projects, preferably in concrete restoration or similar scopes. Perform daily on-site walkthroughs and ensure contractor compliance with plans, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate and lead weekly progress meetings, maintain master schedules, issue logs, and submit detailed weekly reports. Proficiency in project planning (Critical Path Method), cost control, risk mitigation, and permit coordination. Review and manage change orders, budget forecasts, and construction schedules, escalating issues as necessary. Oversee design development with architects and engineers, ensuring alignment with owner objectives. Maintain construction logs, track inspection readiness, and ensure closeout processes are complete and documented. Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and uphold fiduciary responsibilities. Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
