Seattle Gutter Co is a trusted local company specializing in high-quality gutter installation and maintenance throughout the Greater Seattle Area. Were seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Gutter Installer to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial gutter systems.
Accurately measure, cut, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related components.
Ensure all work meets industry standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, or specifications to determine project requirements.
Supervise and train junior installers, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites.
Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for gutter solutions.
Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in gutter installation or related field.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing small crews.
Strong knowledge of gutter systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required).
