Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to help drive our program management, marketing operations lifecycle, and RFP development. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Director and VP of Integrated Marketing and Brand Strategy, you will serve as a key operational leader, collaborating across the entire Vuori org to deliver impactful programs and marketing-owned/company-operated platforms. The Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic role that requires operational leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.
What you'll get to do:
GTM Program Management
- Manage GTM efforts across marketing, product, partnerships, and international teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Oversee the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns and launches, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams
- Drive collaboration across product and partnership teams to ensure that GTM programs align with product releases and business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end brief management for all brand partnerships, product and brand content
Performance + Process Reporting
- Establish and track KPIs related to operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive regular reporting on GTM program performance, sharing insights and recommendations with marketing leadership and executive stakeholders
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize future programs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Project Tracking + Communication
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and deliverables for all GTM programs, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information
- Provide regular updates and reporting to internal teams and executive leadership to drive accountability, transparency, and progress
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and adjust timelines as necessary to keep projects on track
GTM Calendar Management
- Optimize GTM timelines to maximize operational efficiency and meet critical deadlines across multiple teams
- Own and maintain the end-to-end scheduling of the GTM calendar to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned and executed with precision.
- Regularly update the calendar with new projects, deadlines, and campaigns to maintain visibility for stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of marketing programs with the company's business priorities, driving consistent cadence and timely execution
Marketing Operations Procurement + Optimization
- Work closely with the Procurement team to manage the development and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for major GTM marketing programs by building strategic processes, key stakeholder requirements and onboarding rollouts for effective adoption
Qualifications
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in program management with expertise in GTM and cross-functional management
- Extensive experience in project management tools (Asana experience is a plus)
- Proven experience in high-level RFP management, vendor selection and proposal development for marketing programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to clearly articulate complex project details and updates to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in collaborating with a broad array of cross-functional partners such as product, design, merchandising, Ecomm, tech and international teams
- Ability to use data and KPIs to assess program effectiveness and propose adjustments for optimization
- Entrepreneurial mindset for innovation and efficiency
- Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The salary range for this role is $110,000 per year - $130,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
