DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Estimator II - Remote What You\'ll Get to

Do The Estimator II is focused on providing detailed estimates to our

customers in a timely manner. Regularly work from architectural drawings

and specifications, shop drawings or elevation take-offs and reports to

the Regional Estimating Manager. This role is perfect for an individual

who is organized, a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple

projects, and prioritize workload. A vital member of the Estimating

Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry

leader. This role will be based Remotely, supporting the Schofield, WI

facility. Job responsibilities include: \* Conduct this analysis and

interpretation to meet industry standards and provide solutions

favorable to Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope products. \* Achieve acceptable

sales and margin levels. Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and work

with estimating supervisor to adjust standards accordingly. \* Process

quotes to orders when awarded. Coordinate, schedule and provide door

fabrication sheets to the production dept. \* Provide consultation,

coordination, and assistance to our customers, sales force and internal

\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What We Are Looking For

\* 3+ years prior experience estimating small to mid-size projects \*

Provide detailed take offs and estimates that incorporate different

building envelope solutions. \* Experience using electronic estimating

tools, including estimating software, on-screen take-off tools and Excel

spread sheets. \* Knowledge of aluminum glazing systems & their

applications. \* Understanding of glass, composite metal panels, and

other infill options as well as their applications. \*\*\*\*\*
