As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled trades professionalsincluding concrete carpenters and pipefitterson a long-term initiative that offers stability, skill development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community. As a Concrete Carpenter, you will pour, form, and finish/float concrete structures from start to finish for large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities for Construction Laborers Assist concrete and pipefitting crews with daily operations and project execution Safely operate hand and power tools Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment Perform general labor tasks including lifting, framing, demolition, and installations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Manage and care for tools and equipment Cross learning in form work, concrete repair, mechanical, demolition, system installation, and steel work Key Responsibilities for Concrete Carpenters General formwork duties such as shaping and installing forms. Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications. Working alongside other teams to ensure project completion. Ensure form security and levelling. Installing and tying rebar. Able to pour, form, and finish/float concrete structures. Concrete patching and filling. Qualifications for Construction Laborers Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction or general labor Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and forklifts Ability to read a tape measure and assist with basic carpentry or mechanical tasks Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Preferred: Experience in industrial environments, basic electrical knowledge, forklift operation Qualifications for Concrete Carpenters 2+ years of direct concrete carpentry experience in formwork and finishing/floating.
