Pay Rate: $17.75/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with their duties.
• Operate basic tools and equipment, such as drills, saws, and hammers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or foreman.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in construction or general labor (preferred but not required).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed on construction sites, which may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying weather conditions.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
