un Roofing Crew Wanted (McAllen) image 1 of 3 compensation: $75/sq plus adders - Extra $10/sq if you have GL insurance Family-owned roofing company looking to hire one additional roofing crew in the McAllen area. We have roofs ranging from 20-50 squares. We also have small shingle repairs and inspections we need done occasionally. What we are looking for: a turnkey crew that has all the laborers, tools, trucks/trailers to get the job done. Must be good with communication and take photos throughout the build. Must have a valid ITIN/EIN. If you have General Liability insurance we pay an additional $10/square. We pay $75/square base plus adders. Typical roofs will have $300-$500 adders on them. $25/sq additional layer tear-off, $5/sq for every pitch 8/12 and over, $5/sq 2 story. We pay same-day once the roof is completed. You submit photos, you get paid same day. We use online ACH direct deposit. Must fill out a W-9 with a valid ITIN or EIN. This is a 1099 position.
