Job Summary
San Gabriel Unified School District is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our next Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. As the district's Chief Business Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and operational integrity of our schools. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking leadership team committed to delivering exceptional educational opportunities while ensuring responsible stewardship of public resources.
In this high-impact executive role, you'll oversee a wide range of business services including finance, facilities, food services, risk management, payroll, purchasing, and more. You'll collaborate closely with the Superintendent and Cabinet to align fiscal strategy with educational goals, and lead initiatives that modernize infrastructure, optimize efficiency, and support student success. If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of school finance, construction, and operational leadership and a passion for public education we want to hear from you!

Required: Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration, Education, or related field. Formal training and experience in Accounting, Business/Public School Administration or related field. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a responsible position which includes plan operation, business service and finance.
