Project Estimator Commercial Construction
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (23 days/week in office or field)

A growing commercial construction firm, is seeking a Project Estimator to support interior fit-out projects. This role reports directly to the Chief Estimator and offers hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and detailed proposals for commercial fit-outs

• Analyze plans/specs, perform quantity take-offs, and develop pricing

• Solicit, review, and scope subcontractor bids

• Coordinate with subs and clients during preconstruction

• Support bid tracking and collaborate with the Chief Estimator

• Provide value engineering options to clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience or a degree in construction-related field

• Experience with commercial/industrial interior projects

• Strong understanding of architectural, MEP, and structural drawings

• Proficient in MS Office; estimating software a plus

• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Salary: $50,000$95,000 (based on experience)
