About the role

As a Sr. Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP solutions that optimize business processes. You will be a valued member of the SAP team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions focusing on SAP FICO modules to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Taxes on Sales and Purchases.
• Oversee the integration of SAP FI-MM and FI-SD modules to enhance financial operations.
• Drive the implementation of SAP Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting to improve financial reporting.
• Manage the transition from SAP Classic GL to New GL ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

What you need to have to be considered

• Extensive experience in SAP FICO modules including SAP Taxes on Sales and Purchases.
• Proficiency in SAP FI-MM and FI-SD Integration to support financial operations.
• Expertise in SAP Taxation and Cost Center Accounting for accurate financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP New GL and Internal Orders for efficient data management.
• Capability in SAP Credit Management and Profitability Analysis to support business growth.

These will help you stand out

• Experience in SAP Product Costing and Automatic Payments for effective financial management.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Asset Management to optimize financial processes.
• Familiarity with domain skills in Merchandising, Finance, and Accounting.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
