Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Architect to lead user experience design initiatives across web and mobile platforms.

This role involves conducting user research, developing design artifacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and accessible digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to define product functionality and usability.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.

Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Maintain design consistency through design systems and style guides.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience.

Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met across all platforms.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Several years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing work across web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consulting and working with senior-level clients.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.

Familiarity with standards-compliant web design and technologies such as CSS, JavaScript libraries, and mobile app frameworks.

Strong understanding of interface design principles including navigation, architecture, typography, color, and layout.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
