Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet management and facility operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Operations, Engineering and Construction, and others to align project goals with organizational objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and reliability of fleet and facility services. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all fleet and facility operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on fleet and facilities management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and supply chain management tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving objectives.
