We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Geotechnical Engineer & Partner to join our growing team in Charleston, WV. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in shaping and driving geotechnical engineering projects. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for conducting site investigations, performing soil analyses, evaluating subsurface conditions, and providing foundation design recommendations. You will also take part in engineering geology assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, technically sound solutions. As a partner, you'll play a pivotal role in project leadership, business development, and client relationships, helping guide the company's success and long-term vision. Qualifications Site Investigation and Soil analysis skills Proficiency in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology Experience in Foundation Design Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
