In this role, you will be responsible for managing concrete restoration , structural repair , and building rehabilitation projects from start to finish. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution. This position is ideal for a proactive and experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality structural restoration solutions. Key Responsibilities Plan, lead, and manage full-cycle concrete restoration and structural rehabilitation projects. Coordinate project schedules, field execution, subcontractor performance, and procurement activities. Ensure all project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope. Oversee on-site operations to ensure high safety and quality standards are maintained. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare progress reports, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation. Identify and address project challenges, troubleshoot structural or logistical issues, and implement corrective actions. Support business development by strengthening client relationships and identifying new project opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements 7+ years of experience managing concrete restoration or structural rehabilitation projects. Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Construction Management , or related field preferred. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD , concrete reinforcing systems, and field coordination. Experience in post-tensioned structures is a significant advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical details clearly. Exceptional organizational skills with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and teams under tight deadlines. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
