Key Responsibilities:

Lead all job site activities, ensuring safety, organization, and top-tier workmanship

Interface with General contractors and stakeholders to prevent back charges and maintain relationships

Drive productivity through proper planning, staffing, and material coordination

Monitor deliveries and verify accuracy against tickets

Submit daily/weekly reports and documentation in a timely, organized manner

Identify scope changes and coordinate appropriate billing

Proactively resolve safety and quality issues before they escalate

Ensure work aligns with blueprints, specs, and the construction schedule

What You Bring:
Strong knowledge of masonry standards and techniques
Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans
Crew supervision and job site operations experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Deep understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety
Ability to operate:
Lulls, forklifts
Scaffolding (motorized and traditional)
Chain falls, grout pumps, mixers
Masonry saws and hand tools
