Were seeking a driven, experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial masonry projects across the Matthews, NC region. From planning and scheduling to team coordination and close-out, youll oversee every detailwhile collaborating with senior leadership and maintaining strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project execution

Manage stakeholder communication and progress coordination

Handle RFIs, ASIs, CCOs using software like Procore, PlanGrid, BIM360

Set up and track progress in Sage Timberline

Prepare and process subcontracts, pay apps, and invoices

Monitor scope changes and ensure timely documentation

Represent the company in project kickoff and status meetings

Required Skills & Experience
35 years in commercial masonry (field or PM role); restoration is a plus

Bachelors degree or 5+ years of comparable experience

Excellent time management, organization, and client-facing communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction management tools

Detail-oriented, dependable, and deadline-focused
