Pallet Builder

Cardinal Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our client in Detroit, MI, as an Entry-Level Pallet Builder. This role involves constructing and repairing wooden pallets using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment. No prior experience is requiredtraining will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden pallets using hammers, nail guns, and other tools
• Inspect finished pallets for defects and structural integrity
• Sort and stack completed pallets for shipping or reuse
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Lift, move, and handle materials as needed (up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have nail gun experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
• Experience making pallets is a plus, but not a requirement
• Roofing experience is a plus, but not a requirement
