Concrete Foreman

Job Title: Commercial Concrete Foreman
Location: Paducah, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time (7am - 4pm)
Salary (DOE): $60-70K

A growing commercial concrete contractor in Western Kentucky is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on-site and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality concrete work. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering professional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews on commercial job sites

• Interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications

• Oversee concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing

• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed

• Manage labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track

• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and team members

• Assist with layout, formwork, and finishing tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial concrete experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, formwork, and structural concrete

• Ability to read plans and perform accurate layouts

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
