A well-established and highly respected commercial general contractor headquartered in the Denver metro area is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive continued growth across core markets including healthcare, multifamily, education, and mountain work.
About the Role: You’ll be the face of the firm in the market—cultivating relationships, uncovering project opportunities, and supporting strategic pursuits. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership, preconstruction, and marketing to position the firm for success and create meaningful client partnerships that last.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities and partnerships across the Front Range and Mountain regions
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Lead pre-positioning efforts for key pursuits and support RFP response strategies
Develop market intelligence and maintain a strong presence in target sectors
Work closely with marketing and operations to support brand visibility and client engagement
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of business development or client-facing experience in commercial construction, real estate development, or AEC industries
Strong network in Colorado’s construction and real estate community
Strategic thinker with the confidence to drive initiatives and build executive-level relationships
Team-oriented, adaptable, and highly motivated
