TPO Roofing Superintendent Commercial Roofing

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking a TPO Roofing Superintendent for a reputable commercial roofing company located in Phoenix, AZ. This position plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of TPO and single-ply membrane roofing projects across commercial job sites.

Pay Rate: $75,000$95,000 annually (base salary)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of TPO roofing projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production goals.
Lead and manage roofing crews (310 workers), providing direction and ensuring project standards are met.
Oversee job schedules, materials, logistics, and project timelines to ensure successful completion.
Conduct job site inspections and enforce OSHA/compliance and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain job site documentation, including daily logs, material usage, crew hours, and job progress.
Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supervising TPO and other single-ply commercial roofing systems (PVC, EPDM).
Strong knowledge of TPO application techniques, safety standards, and commercial roofing tools/equipment.
Proven leadership experience managing field crews on commercial roofing projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and manufacturer specs.
Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers license with clean MVR; must be willing to travel locally to job sites.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
