- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from ground up.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Manage construction schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
- 7+ years of experience in construction management, particularly in multi-family housing projects.
- Experience with 50-unit complexes and construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of site construction and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
