Job Description

Join our team as an onsite superintendent overseeing multifamily and housing projects in both public and private sectors. Lead and manage construction activities ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from ground up.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage construction schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.

• 7+ years of experience in construction management, particularly in multi-family housing projects.
• Experience with 50-unit complexes and construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of site construction and safety protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
