Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in estimation, with proficiency in take-off and conceptual estimating.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure accurate and effective estimations.
  • Perform detailed take-offs and conceptual estimates for various construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain cost estimates and pricing strategies.
  • Review construction documents to ensure comprehensive understanding and accurate estimation.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an estimator on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in take-off and conceptual estimating.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with estimating software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with bidding processes.
  • Ability to interpret and work with construction documents.
Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment, where you will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver precise and effective cost estimations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
